Dues Payment Schedule
 You must pay your yearly dues in full by MARCH 1 each year to avoid accruing late fees at a rate of $25 per month, as follows: If postmarked on or before FEBRUARY 28............................$495 If postmarked on or before MARCH 31 ..................................$520 If postmarked on or before APRIL 30 ....................................$545
New Member Fees Yearly dues $495
First-year, non-refundable initiation fee $435 Total due within two (2) weeks of acceptance $930
IMPORTANT NOTICE If payment is not postmarked on or before the specified dates, it must include the corresponding late fee or the account will be considered past due and will continue to accrue additional fees at a rate of $25/month until paid in full. If dues are not paid in full by May 1, membership will be automatically terminated and transferred to a new member with out further notice. A $50.00 fee will be added to accounts for checks returned by the back for NSF. Failure to remit any and all outstanding fees to the above payment address prior to opening day will result in being denied admittance to the club. No payments will be accepted at the gate.

If you decide not to return to Rock Spring, please notify MEMBERSHIP via email so that we may offer your spot to a waiting family and close your account. MEMBER UPDATE FORMS 
To keep our membership binder up-to-date, ALL members must submit a new Member Update EACH YEAR with their dues payment. Remember to affix an updated 4x6 family photo(s) in the space provided. It can be a group shot or individual shots that take up the same amount of space. Important Safety Reminders: NO RUNNING from the deck and jumping into the pool. Children 5 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times when in the fenced in area of the baby pool. Parents are to remain in the pool within an “arm’s reach” of their child, when their child is wearing a PFD or arm floaties. *Also, NO GLASS of any kind is allowed inside the fenced in area of the club.
